MY DUTIES:

-Development and management of software modules and microservices which support specific internal workflows
-Join and support a team of DevOps Engineers
-Responsible for the development and management of services based on open source frameworks
-Cooperation in different projects to achieve an optimization of the current workflows

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Understanding of functional and/or object-oriented programming design
-Good knowledge of the Java and Scala programming language with practical experience
-Practical experience with at least one modern functional or object-oriented programming language and with one of the well-known relational databases (preferably MySQL, or else Postgres)
-Practical experience with messaging systems (e.g based on ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
-Some basic knowledge of installing, configuring and maintaining Linux/Unix systems
-Experience with agile programming development process (Scrum)
-Proficiency in German and English
