Are you an experienced JAVA Performance Engineer? Are you looking for a contract job that will enable you to make a huge difference in the performance of innovative JAVA applications within a high availability Investment Banking environment? Are you able to start this new JAVA performance engineer job at short notice? If so, this could be the job for you.

The Senior JAVA Performance Engineer/JAVA Profiler will be working very closely with software architects and other senior Performance Engineers to analyse, implement and maintain system performance and stability. You will also design and create innovative solutions to meet performance requirements. To do this, you are expected to have strong core JAVA development experience, Open source technology and messaging knowledge. Given the role is focussed on Performance Engineering and Tuning, you will be expected to have used tools such as JProfiler, NetBeans Profiler, Yourkit in a professional environment.

The bank are looking to pay a contract rate between 800 to 850 Swiss Francs per day and can offer long term contract lengths.
