Java/Mobility Software Engineer Job

SR. SOFTWARE ENGINEER (JAVA/MOBILITY) needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in St. Louis, MO.

TOP SKILLS:

- Java, J2EE
- Three (3+) years of HTML, CSS, JQuery and JavaScript
- Spring, Hibernate, and Web Services
- Knowledge of Android and/or iOS SDK
- SOA and AOP experience is a plus

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Develops prototypes and performs application coding and programming
- Interprets end-user business requirements to develop and/or modify technical design specifications for off-the-shelf and/or custom-developed applications
- Analyzes and reviews software requirements to determine feasibility of a design within time and cost restraints
- Performs unit and integration testing and assists with developing unit tests
- Conducts code reviews
- Mentor less experienced Software Engineers.
- Three tier web applications (75%)
- Android and iOS mobility applications (25%)
- Service Oriented Architecture
- Cloud technology
- Knowledge of Android and/or iOS SDK

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Five (5+) years of Java/J2EE/JUnit
- Three (3+) years of HTML, CSS, JQuery and JavaScript
- Three (3+) years of Oracle
- Three (3+) years' experience with Spring, Hibernate, and Web Services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Working knowledge in Github, JIRA, Maven and Jenkins a plus
- Working knowledge of MVVM architecture a plus
- SOA and AOP experience is a plus
- Design Patterns experience is a
