Java Low Latency Investment Banking Prop Trading Developer

A world class software engineer is required for the Proprietary Trading arm of a leading Investment Bank. The group is well established with access to all the resources of a large investment bank but the remit to develop its own technical environment and trading strategies for a PnL exclusive to the group.

The successful applicant will need to be working in a cutting edge low latency J2SE environment with experience in either; DMA, High Frequency Trading, Algorithmic Trading or Order Management systems development. Low Level programming is also a must; TCP/IP, UDP, Multicast. The main asset classes to be covered are Fixed Income Rates and Commodities, applicants from faster moving markets ie Equities and FX are encouraged to apply.
