Java Lead/Agile Mentor - London - Contract

JAVA LEAD/AGILE MENTOR - LONDON

Looking for 2 strong leaders with a background in Java Development (Java. J2EE, Spring, Hibernate) and some experience and enthusiasm towards Agile leadership (XP, TDD, Pair Programming, Lean, KanBan, Continuous Integration, Sprint Planning, Estimations, Scrum Mastering, team leading and mentoring)

This will be to join large web project focused around (Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate) and Agile delivery (Scrum, KanBan, XP, TDD, Pair Programming) helping the rest of the team achieve a strong Agile (XP, TDD, Pair Programming, Lean, KanBan) environment as well as being a strong leader with a heavy focus on delivery.

The successful candidate must have considerable experience working on web projects in strong Agile (XP, TDD, Pair Programming, Lean, KanBan) and have at least a years' experience in more of a delivery focused role.
