Java JEE Entwickler (m/w)

Aktuell sind wir für einen Kunden auf der Suche nach einem Java JEE Entwickler (m/w).

Ihre Tätigkeit besteht aus nachfolgenden Aufgaben:
+ Lead development activities for the GER/UK HR functionality
+ Develop and implement deliverables for the AD HR Systems portfolio
+ 2nd and 3rd Level Production Support for AD HR Systems portfolio
+ Lead & Support migration and renewal of HR applications
+ Perform, control and improve application development, deployment and testing standards
+ Perform and manage internal code reviews
+ Train and mentor new developers
+ Plan, perform and control knowledge transfer as required
+ Develop and maintain a good understanding of the functional business requirements and expectations
+ Responsible for ensuring all requirements are fully documented to customers IT standards Understand customers security & control processes and work with a very strong security and audit mindset (dealing with sensitive data).
+ Deal with concurrent projects and work on prioritization and resolution of project issues.
+ Develop and maintain a good relationship with business partners and conduct regular reviews. When appropriate escalate matters to right levels..

+ Excellent skills in software development and testing in a multicultural environment
+ Excellent knowledge of Model-View-Controller Framework and Web Development
+ Very good knowledge of J2EE/JSF standards, JPA, LDAP, WSL, Primefaces, iText, JUnit, RSA 8, WAS 8, MS SQL Server, Oracle, HIS in an enterprise environment
+ Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)
+ Experience of more than 3 years
