Java/JEE Developer (English Language only)

Java, JEE, Spring, Javascript, CSS, XML, XSLT, Shell Scripting, Oracle.

Java/JEE Developer required to work on a 1 year plus contract in Paris.

(Only English required for this role)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Develop, integrate, tests and documents application software modules implemented in Java to meet agreed business specifications.

Performs technical testing and prepares the relevant technical documentation.

Investigate, diagnose and resolve bugs and incidents of applications developed in the mentioned technology.

Education and qualifications:

University or college degree in computer engineering, computer science, physics or mathematics or a related discipline, or a level commensurate to the tasks.

Knowledge and skills:

Proven experience in application development in Java and JEE.

Knowledge of developing applications based on JEE, Spring, JavaScript, CSS, XML, XSLT.

Good Knowledge of SQL (preferably Oracle).

Shell Scripting.

Knowledge of current PC technology, Client Server architecture and 3-tier architecture would be an advantage.

Good analytical skills and a problem-solving orientation.

Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation and the ability to work in a team are very important.

English B2 level or above.

Knowledge of other programming languages such as .NET and/or PHP would be an advantage.
