Java/J2EE Technical Analyst - Brussels

Next Ventures are currently hiring for Java/J2EE Technical Analyst for a 3 month project based in Brussels, Belgium

Duration - 3 months + extensions
Location - Brussels, Belgium
Rate - €320 per day all inclusive
Language - English

Requirements/Role:

Minimum 5 years of
o Hands-on development experience in Java/J2EE technologies
o Experience in Object-Oriented software design and development
o Experience in application design and development.
Experience in leading other Developers with regards to technical matters.
Expert Level skills in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Expert level skills in SQL, relational databases, and Datamodelling
Familiarity with JBoss Drools (rule engine)
Familiarity with Open Source frameworks such as Spring

Your role

Giving support to the project: planning estimations of workload, costs, timelines and technical risks
Performing technical design and develop IT solutions based on the functional analysis and the gathered requirements
Being the Java/J2EE oriented Technical Advisor and Technical coach of the team of Developers
Delivering and maintaining the appropriate technical documentation
Providing technical support and distributing the necessary information to all participants
