Java/J2EE Team Lead Architect

Team Lead/Architect required for 6 month contract in Pune, India. Contract is available for immediate start however we can wait up to 4 weeks. You will be responsible for design, development, team management and delivery for the team. You should be ready to do hands on work, knowledge of banking domain and mobility is preferred.

Profile
- 10+ JAVA, J2EE experience
- Experience in Enterprise Projects life cycle (architecture, design, development, implementation, testing) as

technical lead, team lead
- Experience in implementation of various Distributed multi-tiers, multi-threaded applications preferably on

Financial Services Domain
- SOA and Web Services strong knowledge, Designed and Implementation experience of SOA Design Patterns.
- Excellent Leadership, Technical, Communication, Analytical and Problem Solving skills and ability to get on well

with people including cross¬-cultural backgrounds.

Technical Skills
- Java and J2EE Technologies:  Java 1.5, JSP, Servlet, EJB, WebService, JNDI, JDBC' JavaScript technologies like

AJAX, jQuery, spring, Agile development, MVC, Struts 2
- Architectural Competencies: Solution design, Class Modeling, Design Patterns, Functional Estimation, Performance

Tuning and Best Practice Implementation.
- Application Servers: Web Sphere 6.x-7.x, 8.x
- Databases: Oracle/SYBASE/SQL SERVER
- Tools :  Eclipse
