Java/J2EE Integration Engineer (s10) - HUGE Project Pipeline

For many years this business has gone from strength to strength and arisen as a market leader in the financial services arena. Currently they are cashed up and have a large project pipeline on the roadmap which will require further resources.

This is no ordinary run of the mill bunch of developers loaded with juniors, but rather a passionate group of senior Java engineers that have been very selectively hand pick to form a top notch team that serves as one of the most important teams within the business. We want people that live and breathe for designing better solutions and writing better code with the latest in best practices, tools and technologies.

To be considered for the role you will need:

- 5+ years minimum
- Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE
- Excellent knowledge of "OO" concepts and an ability to articulate and really understand the "why" of how you program or design the way you do - KEY!
- Experience with continuous integration
- Strong skills with Web Services/XML/ XSLT /XSD 
- Best pratices approach to your development activities
- Strong problems solving skills as is key with integration roles.
- Good knowledge of the issues and problems that arise when you look to connect systems of varying platforms and how to work around this.
- Strong communication skills are a must
