Proteus Europe is searching for a Java/J2EE applications developer for one of our clients in Belgium. Long term 1 year project.

Your New role:-
The role will be interpreting technical specifications and coding within a Java technical environment. There will be some user interaction, so some client facing skills will be required. This is a long term project starting in early December. You will be an experienced database/SQL developer, happy with writing queries to extract and manipulate data.
You will be a senior team player, happy working within a team environment and mentoring/assisting your technical colleagues where necessary with technical challenges.
Your Skills and experience:-
Essential Skills:-
Ability to program with Java (Java version 5 min. with JEE, Spring, Java
Ability to query in native SQL language
Ability to build and use Web Services (SOAP or REST)
Persistence API, Hibernate)
Ability to use JavaScript
Ability to use JQuery and KENDO UI
Ability to use HTML 5 and CSS 3
Ability to use BootStrap 3
Desirable Skills:-
Ability to write/speak/understand English (Level B min.)
Master Level Education in IT
Senior (Master, >12y experience, in-deep expertise, good team leadership)
