Location: Plano, TX
Position Type: 6 Month Renewable Contract
Hourly/Salary: $60.00 PER HOUR

POSITION DETAILS
GTN Technical Staffing is currently seeking a Java/J2EE Developer with strong experience developing Web Services and heavy application-to-application integration. The development focus is on integration of large-scale applications for workflow automation. Extensive hands-on implementation and administration of application Servers (Tomcat, JBoss) required. You must have good PL/SQL skills and strong working knowledge of Object Oriented concepts and MVC design pattern. Excellent English is required as you will be interfacing with multiple teams on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of solid Java development experience in Back End and app-to-app integration components, J2EE app server development, Web Services development, and JDBC database development. Proficiency with XML required, preferably XML Spy. Extensive experience with Eclipse IDE is required. Experience with CORBA development and knowledge of MetaSolv's TBS application and/or APIs are a plus. A proven track record of working in a complex, highly integrated environment is a must. The ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced development/support role is a must.
