Java J2EE Architect - Spring, Hibernate, Cloud

Project:

My direct client is a Swiss company looking to staff a team of Java Architects and Developers for a Java in the Cloud project, this is a multi-mio CHF project and very innovative new-build project. I am therefore looking for 3 x Java Developer/Architect profiles for a long term project in Bern

QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for a candidate that is self-driven, communicates well with software engineers as well as customers and other stake holders in the delivery life cycle.
You are fluent in OO Programming/Design patterns and you are an expert level Java programmer.
You have 8+ years of experience architecting, developing and deploying web scale distributed server systems.
You have an expert understanding of multi-threading, throughput, latency, memory and CPU utilization.
You have experienced with streaming media platforms and operations.
You have a deep understanding of the online media and telecom domain.
You strongly believe that team wins are important and lead by example.
You have a BS/MS in Computer Science (or equivalent).
