Java/J2EE Analyst Programmer

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years application development experience, have worked on the formal development methodologies phase of projects and have experience working in an Agile Environment. This project will start with an 80% support and 20% development split moving to a 50/50 split after 3 months.

- Analyse the functional specifications to determine the design approach
- Develop the Technical Design specifications
- Conduct testing and Generate test data
- Modify existing programs from detailed specifications
- Ensure coding standards are met and effective knowledge transfer occurs.
- Prepare and maintain programs, system technical and procedural documentation to conform with appropriate standards
- Liaise with Business Analysts to develop solutions and technical specifications.
- Liaise with developers to ensure specifications & solutions are in line with the business requirements.
