Your Skills
- Current should be playing a Lead/platform architect on Digital technologies at a Fortune 500 customer.
- Should have 15 years + of consulting and engineering experience in delivering Digital Marketing, Web Experience and Ecommerce (B2B and B2C) to major corporations in various industries: Retail, High Tech Manufacturing.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of the project deliverables including business requirement analysis, technical design specifications, overall code development and deployment, content and customer relationship management and team mentoring.
- Should be hands on and should have in the recent past led at least 2 end to end online/commerce transformation engagements using hybris. Should have prior E-commerce experience of at least 5+ years as architect/tech lead.
- Should be a specialist in Hybris & Adobe CQ5 and have knowledge on domains such as Marketing Automation, Product Content and Asset Management.
- Proficient in core Java and J2EE Technology, Enterprise Application Architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Enterprise Integrations, System Performance Tuning and Optimization, Internationalization and Localization.
- Working knowledge of AWS both from hosting and PaaS based development.
- Experience with modelling techniques, such as UML or BPM
- Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in simplifying and standardizing complex business processes and IT systems.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to executive staff, business sponsors and technical resources, in clear concise language that is the parlance of each group.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with agile software development techniques
- Multi-Channel retail experience preferred

Your Tasks
- The role would span across multiple customers of client in a given geography.
- Liaising with Senior Business Stakeholders and Digital Innovation Team of various business groups to understand the Product Roadmap for coming years and defining the IT Platform required for next years.
- Lead Product Selection and defining the program architecture for the various capabilities required in the Digital ecosystem (Sales, Service, Analytics, Social, Campaigns, Content etc)
- Design for reliability, availability, and scalability
- Define, document, and model systems and software architecture
- Engage System Integrators, Vendors
- Represent overall platform architecture Point of View
- Provide technology consulting
- Maximize re-use across programs and projects
- Mentors and coach IT team
- Work with other Architects to ensure enterprise and cross-program architectural cohesion
- Manage the development of business and application models
