Java/GIS Developer (Luciadmap)

A Java/GIS developer (GWT and Luciadmap) is required by my Brussels based client for a long term contract.

Your responsibilities will include: software development activities for the map components bug fixing activities maintenance of the map design documentation

You will have the following experience:

- GIS experience - LUCIADMAP AND GWT (OpenLayers is a plus) in a Java environment
- Experience in Object Oriented Analysis, design and programming
- Extensive Java knowledge - 5 years experience
- Experience in design and development of optimized Java code, performance tuning, multithreaded applications and memory management
- Very good mathematical skills
- Experience in Application Server BEA Weblogic or similar Experience with open source tools based on Java, Web 2.0 technologies and IDE like Eclipse
- Experience with code generation
- Experience in the mission critical application development.
- Experience in unit testing
