Java/GIS Developer (GWT, Open Layers)

A Java/GIS developer (GWT and Open Layers is required by my Brussels based client for a long term contract. Your responsibilities will include: software development activities for the map components bug fixing activities maintenance of the map design documentation

You will have the following experience:

GIS experience - Open Layers and GWT (Luciadmap is a plus) in a Java environment. Experience in Object Oriented Analysis, design and programming. Extensive Java knowledge - 5 years experience. Experience in design and development of optimized Java code, performance tuning, multithreaded applications and memory management. Very good mathematical skills. Experience in Application Server BEA Weblogic or similar Experience with open source tools based on Java, Web 2.0 technologies and IDE like Eclipse. Experience with code generation. Experience in the mission critical application development. Experience in unit testing.
