Java Fullstack Developer

Java Fullstack Developer wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Master's Degree from a renowned university in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Math, Physics or Engineering
- 5+ years' experience in implementing mission critical Server Side applications in core Java and highly available, multi-threaded low latency platforms and Enterprise Integration Patterns like Spring integration or Apache Camel
- Background in a development role in finance and knowledge of financial products, time series and risk management principles
- Solid understanding of messaging frameworks such as Apache Kafka or Apache ActiveMQ, the latest versions of Java, Angular 5/6 and implementing web based GUIs
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Implementing of new requirements with particular focus on scalability, architecture, stability and quantitative modelling
- Interacting with other developers, architects, quantitative investment professionals
- Working with cutting-edge technologies and approaches for portfolio construction, trade recommendation and asset allocation
- Operating in an environment in which technology is a key business value driver
