Java - Front End Application Developer

For our customer in Fribourg we are looking for a Java Front End Application Developer

Required Skills:

- 6 + years of professional experience designing and developing software applications
- 5 + years coding experience using Java in a Linux/Unix environment
- Strong computer science fundamentals
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and life cycle
- Knowledge of design patterns in software engineering
- Experience with Web Services and API Management (RESTful, streaming)
- Experience with NoSQL stores (Riak, ElasticSearch, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.)
- Experience with Web technologies like Java Server Faces
- Experience with Spring, Hibernate, JPA, JUnit, XML
- Experience using Apache HTTP, Tomcat, MySQL, Shell Scripts
- Experience working in data-driven environments (eg Information Retrieval)
- Experience with stream processing (S4, Storm) and publish-subscribe messaging (Kafka, Redis) preferred
- Experience in Design Deployment
- Excellent problem analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
