I am currently working to fill a developer role at a major payroll company in Rochester, NY. They are looking to bring on an experienced developer to redesign an HR application and streamline the user experience. My client is looking for the following qualifications: - Local to Rochester, NY or willing to relocate- 5-10 years hands-on experience with Java technologies- 3-5 years experience with Flex (ActionScript, Flex 4.0, etc.)- Experience developing user interface- Oracle/SQL database- Comfortable working in a large team environment- Good communication skills They are looking for this candidate to start in the beginning of April. Interview process is a phone screen and then a webex video conference (face to face if already local).
