ROLE SUMMARY:

This role is for a Adobe AEM Expert with a strong and founded knowledge of the vendor product Adobe AEM (formerly known as Adobe CQ5).

Aside of active participation in the banks strategic initiatives like Digital Private Banking APAC and CH or DirectNet, the Content Management Engineering Team is responsible for the infrastructure of the corporate website and Intranet.

The role includes actvivities related to cooperation with stakeholdes (Product Managers, Solution and Domain Architects, Project Leads and Requirement Engineers), design, providing consulting services and technical advisory to internal customers as well as documentation preparation and testing and 3rd level support tasks.

THE ROLE INVOLVES

- The Java Engineer/AEM Expert will be required to analyse the needs of internal customers, translate them into requirements and propose the best suitable solution for their use cases within the applicable restrictions - technology, time and budget wise.
- The function includes implementation and integration of solutions as well as supporting other teams in development and solution design.
- Additionally participation in BAU activities is expected, ranging from technical 3rd level support activities to life cycle planning and execution.
- Evolving own ideas and visions on the product and service portfolio is encouraged and welcome

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have an understanding of Content Management Systems and their deployment in middle to large organizations.

Must have strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, be self-motivated and able to work with minimal guidance. Have the ability to own problems through to resolution. Ability to collaborate across a diverse global teams while being aware of their local work-cultural background.

- 3 years+ experience in relevant disciplines
- Very good English communication skills, German a plus
- Previous experience of integration work into predefined and restricted ecosystems
- Experience working with Adobe AEM/Adobe CQ:
- Knowledge of AEM versions 5.6.1, 6.x
- Templating (Paragraph System, Slightly a plus)
- Felix bundle programming
- Orchestration of installation, automating processes
- Administration and maintenance
- Experience as technical 3rd Level Supporter
- Knowledge of Active Directory & LDAP integration
- Knowledge of Kerberos, PKI and Smartcard integration
- Knowledge of Linux OS and Scripting
- Java developer skills/experience, familiar with good practices
- General consulting experience
- Familiarity with agile project setup a plus
- Experience with other CMS solutions (eg TeamSite) a plus
