JAVA EE SPECIALIST/DATAPOWER/XML/AGILE

My client, a large financial organization based in the Netherlands, with a fantastic long term contracting opportunity available for a Java EE (DataPower) Specialist. As a Java EE Programmer Specialist, you will be a member of the scrum team, working onsite and alongside an offshore team, and therefore must be an absolute team player with excellent communication skills. JAVA EE and DataPower is an essential component to be successful for this role!

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Product: Service2Service authentication and authorization
- Protection of Services from internal threats, for example rogue applications
- Increase of Data Quality and Integrity. Enforce separation between environments (OTAP).
- Fully automate certificate management process for server and application-certificates
- Building a service token gateway with a services token certificate and policy.

AS THE SUCCESSFUL JAVA EE/DATAPOWER SPECIALIST, YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- Experience with the design and development of IBM DataPower Gateway services
- Skilled JAVA EE programmer (experience with Spring Framework)
- Putting in security layers between applications
- Experience with XML and associated languages like XPath, XSLT
- Understanding of Networking protocols & topologies
- Understanding of Transport Layer Security (TLS) & PKI
- Experience with turning Architecture into an implementable design
- Experience with working in an Agile/Scrum team
