- Java/J2EE hands on n-tier distributed application development experience
- Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Toplink or other ORM/JPA frameworks
- WebLogic Server, Portal, Integration background with experience in one or more of them
- Web services SOA, SAML, WS Security, SaaS (one or more of these)
- Oracle DB, stored procedures, DB design
- Mobile apps knowledge and Back Office systems supporting them is a plus
- Linux with admin experience, install and config Servers, deploying applications, etc
- Build scripts using ANT, Maven, other similar tools
- CVS or other CM tool
