Java Developer with SQL Experience

MY CLIENT REQUIRES AN EXPERIENCED JAVA DEVELOPER WITH SQL EXPERIENCE.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: My client use a Java-based application for the tarification and facturation of Belgian hospitals, developed and maintained by a team in Belgium. This application is installed in more than 50 hospitals in Belgium.
The development team is responsible for the following tasks:
- Corrective maintenance (Bug fixing, solution of technical issues).
- Legal maintenance (based on new regulations published monthly by the Belgian Ministry of Health and Insurances (INAMI/RIZIV) and which impact the tarification/billing of the Belgian Hospital).
- Development of new modules (Definition of the requirements with the customers, functional and technical analysis, design, development, implementation at customer site).
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- RAD, WebSphere Application Server JSF, JSP, JAVA, DB2, SQL, Rational ClearCase.
- French/Dutch Language skills will be ideal.
- Willing to conform to the existing procedures and development method of the application development team. There is one software used by +/- 60 hospitals and Software is customised for individual hospital via strict parameters. Following the internal rules is necessary to avoid bugs on group of clients.
