ROLE:
Our customer is looking for an JAVA Expert with extremly good SCRUM and SWING knowledges

MAIN TASKS & ACTIVITIES:
*Build additional screens to the swing based fat client
*Fill to the role of the Scrum Master
*participate to work on technical concept and design of the solution in a close cooperation
*discussion, iteration and agreement of the concept and design
*taking active role in the implementation phase in collaboration with internal and external partners
*documentation of the technical solution, the data model and the implementation
*contribution to the respective change management process
*open and active cooperation with the project leader and other team support production processes (monitoring, issue resolution)

SKILLS REQUIRED:
*proven knowledge and experience in Object-Oriented software development (Java, J2EE, Swing, Spring, Hibernate, Maven, XML)
*proven knowledge and experience in applying agile development methods. Practical experience in the role of the Scrum Master
*experience with relational data model and databases
*ability to structure and drive things
*capacity to work under pressure
*good level of communication, commitment to work in a decentralized team
*experience in batch programming is an advantage (infrastructure is an extended WebSphere Application Server, WAS XD on IBM z/OS landscape)
*knowledge and interest in structured programming (Cobol,TSO, JCL, z/OS, Batch) is a plus (Legacy system)
