Java Developer with Oracle

Java Developer with profound Oracle knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Profound experience in programming with Java, including J2EE technologies such as WebLogic and AngularJS
- Good knowledge of database technologies like Oracle and technologies like web services, XML, OO and MQ
- Background in software distribution and deployment, such as SPUDs and SDSS as well as Linux is desirable
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum, continuous integration and Test-driven development
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus

YOUR TASKS:

- Monitoring and safeguarding of Production health and on developing the platform to defined requirements
- Ensuring the stability of the technical infrastructure and that the quality of delivered items do not impact production stability
- Managing product incidents by investigating, analysing and fixing
- Developing Back End business logic in Java including the use of an Oracle database
- Investigating and analysing changes as well as providing solutions and estimates
- Guaranteeing quality assurance of all deliverables like software components, test cases, and documentation
