Java Developer - the Hague - 12 Months - Market Rate

JAVA DEVELOPER - THE HAGUE - 12 MONTHS - MARKET RATE - IMMEDIATE START

As a lead developer you will be involved in the analysis, design, and actual development/programming of the applications including prototyping, based on the existing solution/application of the applications, including prototyping, based on the existing solution/application requirements and high level technical architecture, using amongst others JEE, TC-Server, A-MQ and Microsoft SQL Server. You will also be implementing unit tests for the developed components contributing to the improvement of the development of the applications and build process.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

A minimum of 5 years' experience with Java technologies (both POJO and JEE based)

MANDATORY: A minimum of 3 years' experience developing applications with Microsoft SQL Server

MANDATORY: A minimum of 3 years' experience in JMS message providers (ActiveMQ, WebSphere MQ )

MANDATORY: Knowledge of Java technologies (both POJO and JEE based)

MANDATORY: Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server

MANDATORY: Knowledge of ActiveMQ or A-MQ message providers

MANDATORY: Knowledge of TC-Server or Tomcat

DESIRABLE: Knowledge of design and versioning best practices for web services and their implementation

DESIRABLE: Knowledge of XML, XML schema and WSDL design

DESIRABLE: Knowledge of eclipse based IDE's

DESIRABLE: Knowledge of Maven as a build tool

DESIRABLE: Knowledge of iterative development methodology (eg Scrum, MSF )
