Our client requires a highly skilled Java developer.

You will ideally having experience in JAX-RS, SOAP Web Services, Drools (the JBoss rules engine), JBoss Application Platform, JEE6, JPA, EJB3, Bean Validation, JAXB, JSON message formats

- Front End JavaScript skills would be advantages. If the necessary skills are not available, you should be willing to learn on the job and acquire the necessary skills.

KEY SKILLS:

- SQL, MySQL, PHP Scripting (for data loading etc)
- Highly motivated person who can or is willing to lean new technologies as needed for the project
- High discipline to documentation, including informal 'As you go"

documentation on the Wiki and more formal documentation including UML diagrams and contributing towards the solution design and OSM documents.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

Appropriate tertiary qualifications in an engineering, computer science or related discipline
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff and management
Commercial experience in developing large scale web applications in a multi platform environment
Experience in designing and implementing solutions to complex business requirements
