Job description summary

Role: Application support and maintenance team member

To analyze incidents, identify root cause, perform bug fixes

Onsite coordinator- o Coordinate with business users (requires in Dutch), IT application managers, support team in - India, Sweden and China,

o Communicate with support groups of neighboring applications for resolution of incidents, bug fixes, network issues, correction in configurations

Configuration of application at various customer sites

Should perform stakeholder management and client relationship management

Long term commitment to support application

Should be a team motivator.

Technical knowledge:

Primary:

Core Java - Advance

Spring - Advance

Eclipse - Advance

Secondary:

Multithreading - Intermediate

Hibernate - Intermediate

Oracle - Intermediate

Swing - Basic

Tortoise svn - Basic

OpenVMS environment - Basic

SocketIO programming - Basic

Messaging and interfaces using VCOM/MQ - Basic

Soft-Skills

Good communicator, committed, real team builder, Customer minded

Other specifics

Fluent oral communication skills in, Dutch and Englis

Fluent writing in mother tongue/fluent (Dutch or French) AND English
