Java Developer Senior

Java Developer Senior wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor Degree in computer science in addition to 4+ years' working experience in software development
- Expertise in Java programming along with good Shell Scripting skills and Linux knowledge
- Familiarity with usage of complex event processing systems (eg StreamBase, Apama) and web development
- Profound background in an international, dynamic and diversified environment
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is advantageous
YOUR TASKS:
- Developing new features in line with the business specifications in the area of Pricing (Equity/FX/Commodities/Interest Rates, Fixed Income)
- Building Real Time monitoring tools and GUIs as well as designing and implementing architectural changes in order to cope with non-functional requirements, eg scalability
- Creating Unit Tests, participate in the System Integration Testing and get involved with the User Acceptance Testing
- Maintaining the system administration and setup scripts for the system
- Second and third level support of the production system
