Java Developer - SE6, Java EE, Spring, SQL & Unix (4453)

For a long-term project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

JAVA DEVELOPER - SE6, JAVA EE, SPRING, SQL & UNIX (4453)

The ideal candidate will be working on an application which has been mainly built by a supplier. Challenge will be here to work together with the vendor to help to insource the application knowledge. This should be done without lowering the capacity massively.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN JAVA DEVELOPMENT
- EXPERIENCE IN SE6, JAVA EE, SPRING, SQL AND UNIX
- SOLID EXPERIENCE WITH ALL PHASES OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE
- C# development experience is a big plus
- Experienced in Funds area
- Experience within a Scrum model would be beneficial
- Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently with management and stakeholders
- FLUENCY IN ENGLISH, GERMAN WOULD BE A PLUS

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Application development within the domain Trade Order Management
- Being the onshore tech lead of a scrum team located in Warsaw
- Working in an Agile delivery model
- Developing functional changes, technical enhancements, and unit tests
- Supporting BA during requirements analysis
- Support test team during QA and UAT process
