Java Developer Role

THE COMPANY

ConSol Partners' client is a leading Bank with their presence known worldwide. They are currently looking for a French speaking Java Developer to join their constantly growing team in the heart of Belgium, Brussels.

Job Title: Java Developer

Day Rate: Attractive

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Contract Length: 6 months rolling

Start Date: ASAP

RESPONSIBILTIES

As a Java Developer for ConSol Partners' client, you will be onsite in Brussels, helping with application development using the latest tools and emerging technologies. Your job will be to help the already talented and motivated team build the data integration layer.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have the following:

- Experience with Java based middle tier - preferably using Spring-cloud framework.
- Experience working with Networks, protocols, Server Side development and data processing.
- Working with test technologies such as stash/git, TeamCity, Artifactory, Selenium, SonarQube.
- Hands on Core Java experience.
- Implemented REST API implementations in previous projects.
- Good understanding of Spring framework & spring boot.
- Agile based delivery practices, test driven development, test automation, continuous delivery.
- Has understanding of the Netflix OSS components.
- Worked before with SOA (SOAP/REST/OData)
- Has an understanding of Microservices architecture.

- Fluent in French
- Excellent communication.
- Passion for learning new and emerging technologies.
- To have the ability to work in a fast paced, high energy, team environment.
