THE ROLE
We are currently seeking Java Developers with strong development experience across the online Java development stack (JSP, Struts, Hibernate etc).
Working within a dynamic Agile environment, this works within a collaborative team environment on end to end systems, applications and content (Back End and Front End) for a growing and exciting organisation.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum 5years development experience within Java technologies such as: Java/J2EE JavaScript/CSS/JQuery, SPRING/SPRING MVC, XML/XSD/XPath, Hibernate, Testing Framework - Junit
- Have Continuous Integration and Test Driven Development experience
- Proven experience within large online services environments
- Exposure to Agile based environments highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skill
- Have worked successfully in collaborative team based environments
- Contribute to knowledge development within organisation (mentoring or information sharing on the job)
