Skills and experience:

-A minimum of 8 years' experience and proficiency in software development
-A minimum of 5 years' experience with Java technologies (both POJO and JEE based)
-A minimum of 3 years' experience developing applications with Microsoft SQL Server
-A minimum of 3 years' experience in JMS message providers (ActiveMQ, WebSphere MQ )
-Knowledge of Java technologies (both POJO and JEE based)
-Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
-Knowledge of ActiveMQ or A-MQ message providers
-Knowledge of TC-Server or Tomcat
-Knowledge of design and versioning best practices for web services and their implementation
-Knowledge of XML, XML schema and WSDL design
-Knowledge of eclipse based IDE's
-Knowledge of Maven as a build tool
-Knowledge of iterative development methodology (eg Scrum, MSF )
