SKILLS: Java Developer Murex Developer Murex MxML Hibernate SQL Multithreading

Java Developer with Murex MxML experience required for an investment bank in Zurich. My client is ideally looking for someone with a strong background in using Java to develop enterprise applications, who has knowledge of Core Murex skills for MxML development.

This position has come about as the workload for this team has increased substantially, and so a senior Java Developer is required to ensure the smooth development in this area.

KEY SKILLS FOR THE JAVA DEVELOPER (MUREX MXML, HIBERNATE, SQL)

- Excellent experience as a Java Developer, including Multithreading and Hibernate
- Strong experience with design of SQL queries
- Core Murex MxML skills, experience with Datamart would be a bonus
- Previous financial experience would be highly advantageous
- Knowledge of build tools, experience with control versioning systems
- Team player, ability to work well as an individual
- Excellent communication skills (knowledge of German would be useful)
