1) Hands on Experience in JAVA PROGRAMMING/DEVELOPMENT.
2) Should have worked on AGILE Methodology.
3) Good experience in COMMERCIAL WEB Development.
4) Domain: MEDIA AGENCY/DIGITAL SPACE.
5) LINUX Open Source: Must.
6) Good Exp in Java Scripting and system design.
7) Has experience in media agency
8) Excellent communication skills both verbal and oral
9) Smart and agile, Shows initiative,Can come up with creative ideas from time to time
