Java Developer (m/f)

For our client in Munich, the provider of the world biggest and famous online search engine, we’re looking for a Java Developer (m/f) who is passionate about creating the best user experience, putting a wide variety of content on any device from desktop to Mobile, to Tablet and beyond.

Tasks:

- Building front-end features for internal web applications including Search
- Writing tons of Javascript
- Working with fun and creative people in an agile / scrum environment

Qualifications and Skills:

- Extensive experience and expertise building complex applications in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, AJAX
- Solid understanding of JavaScript concepts such as prototypal inheritance, closures and scope
- Proficiency with Java
- Working knowledge of Design Patterns and OOP preferable
- Day to day use of software development best-practices
- Creative and innovative problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English is required, German not essential
