- Should have strong technical skill and good exposure to IBM BPM Lombardi, Java; Informatica, Testing - Automation, Drive TDD
- Serve as main client contact and interface regarding design issues; represent team in meetings with clients; provide input in determining project scope; define design parameters of the project.
- Determine standards and style for design capabilities to ensure a high level of design and coding efficiency consistent with current standards and trends.
- Serve as main interface to the development team and project managers/Scrum Master
- Oversee design and coding; provide coaching and guidance to coders to ensure design and efficient code is consistent
- Collaborate with Scrum Master on team assignment, work flow and scheduling.
