JAVA DEVELOPER - APPLICATIONS needed for a LONG-TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Hillsboro, OR.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Java Developer will work toward new software design & development.
- Software Engineer will seek to integrate hardware, software and conduct debugging test.
- Software Developer will work to maintain code for Embedded devices and Client Server systems.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- MINIMUM of BSEE, CS,CE or related discipline AND six (6) plus years professional software programming experience
- Minimum of five (5) plus years writing Java code for Embedded devices.
- Minimum of two (2) plus years C/C++ coding for Embedded devices
- Working knowledge of registers, IO-devices, system interrupts, etc.
- Must be very comfortable with Linux OS, bash-Shell, command-line tools, make and IDEs like Eclipse.
- Hands-on experience of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related Web development tools required

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Two (2) plus years of experience designing object-oriented systems and interfaces.
- Strong ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies and application areas needed.
- Experience in wireless sensor networks or RFID technologies a plus..
