The Java Developer will be joining an organisation which is investing heavily in their technology stack - recognizing it as the key growth enabler for the business by replacing bespoke Legacy systems with new technologies. As a result of this investment, this new Java Developer vacancy has become available in a notoriously dynamic, fast paced Agile team.

The Java Developer will be re-designing and implementing a highly scalable web crawler application which will form the backbone of a completely new E-commerce offering from this organisation - this is a fantastic opportunity to work with the latest technologies like microservices, Java 8 and various devops tools in a cutting edge, tech-focussed environment.

The Java Developer will form part of an elite Agile eXtreme Programming (XP) Team working in a Continuous Delivery focussed environment in which TDD is of paramount importance.
