* At least 5 years' experience of Java development, ideally including build tools, IDE (preferably Eclipse) and unit testing.
* Strong communication skills and the desire to learn and grow in an Agile environment.
* Experience of SQL, Hibernate, web services and web UI development are desirable but not essential.
