Het gaat om een opdracht voor zes maanden met opties tot verlenging voor een interessante internationale eindklant. Wees erop attent dat de deadline van deze opdracht is op vrijdag 29 juli om 15;00 uur!

PROJECT OMSCHRIJVING ( IN HET ENGELS)

The team is responsible for maintaining and improving the Interfaces to the development work is centered around technologies like Java, Spring, jQuery, Angular, Subversion, Git, Nolio, Concordian/Fitnesse, Maven, Tibco, Visual Basic. The work is mostly Back End related involving concurrency and high quality software delivery. Your part will be to support the team with your Java skills to create high quality systems. You play a crucial role in designing, coding, configuring and compiling the application version as well as in writing and performing the functional, integration and production tests. In doing so you work directly with the other Development Engineers and Operations Engineers in your DevOps Team.

Your role is quite diverse, and no day will ever be the same, but your primary tasks/deliverables will be:

- Design, develop, test and deliver high quality software/solutions;
- Provide direct estimates, such as time, percentage of project completion, etcetera to lead and/or manager;
- Create and review additional product/project deliverables, for example high-level estimates, impact assessments, external
- Create and review unit/component integration test plans and scripts, execute tests, analyze and report on results;
- Participate in design reviews and code reviews/inspections;
- Research and resolve customer reported problems;
- Provide technical assistance to others.

Furthermore, you make a concrete contribution to the optimal development of the Scrum process. This means, among other things, that you take part in Sprint demos, Stand-Ups and in Retrospectives. And since we consider good teamwork to be essential to achieving the best results, we also find it very important that you play a positive role within your team and that you coach less senior team members and provide constructive feedback on their work.
