Java Developer - Fraud Detection Department

My client are urgently seeking a Java Developer for a 12 month contract, although they intend to keep the engineer for much longer than 12 months. This role is based in Brussels.
You will be assisting to create a fraud detection system, therefore previous experience within the fraud detection domain (gaming, financial or cyber domains) is of great benefit.
Similarly previous experience of development of targeted algorithms/models is also required.
In relation to development, I'm looking for someone with the following skillet's:
Java EE
Spring
Python
SQL
Also, experience with supervised and non-supervised machine learning techniques is required.
