Java Developer for Multinational Institution for the Hague/Netherlands

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A JAVA DEVELOPER TO WORK AT OUR MULTINATIONAL CLIENT IN THE HAGUE/NETHERLANDS.

TASK/DELIVERABLES:

- Search in databases and collect human translations for Russian- and Japanese-English.
- Convert the text and XML data to desired format and upload data to databases
- Develop and execute different tools to process patent text.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Very good Experience on data and data-base administration (eg upload data, search for data, parse and convert text, monitor of database, creating database tables).
- Long experience with Java, XML, XSLT, SQL-queries, Scripting (bash, JavaScript)
- Experience in development of tools for text document processing such as parser, converter, comparison of tables and files.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Work in a multicultural environment.
- Open and flexible working attitude
- Very good English and in 2 other European languages.
