Java Developer/Engineer/Architect

Java Developer. Currently, we are looking for a senior developer with strong Java, Oracle Coherence and database skills for our banking client.

YOUR TASKS:

- Working with common Java frameworks eg Spring
- Test-driven development and design
- OO design and programming
- Coordinating all phases of the systems development life cycle
- Managing standard change controls and procedures
- Source controlling (preferably Subversion)

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Minimum 7 years experience in Java developing and 5+ years of DB experience (Sybase preferred)
- Expertise in low-latency, Server Side Java development as well as Oracle Coherence
- Knowledge of current best practices in Java development
- Experience with JMS, JMX, Sybase ASE (15) and UNIX (Linux/AIX/Solaris)
- Solid know-how of financial products would be a big plus
