Skills required
HBO/University Graduate (Master) degree;
At least 5 years of software engineering experience in large organizations;
You are able to develop efficient and maintainable code;
As Back End developer you have advanced knowledge of Java, as a Front End developer you have advanced knowledge of Javascript, AngularJS, JSON. Knowledge of Dojo is preferred;
Good knowledge of infrastructure
Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Jira, Eclipse, Git, Jenkins, Maven, Selenium and Nolio;
Experience with Agile and DevOps;
Excellent social skills, great communicator;
Creative, like to learn and experiment;
Strong analytical skills, willing to learn, willing to share knowledge with others;
Proactive, perseverant and value a multi-cultural work environment;
Proficient in English and Dutch;
Passionate about technology.

As an engineer you will develop applications within the complex and dynamic world. We use state-of-the-art applications and work with the latest Java-based systems, such as an inmemory databases and responsive website technologies.
We work Scrum/Agile in small teams with sprints of 2 weeks. Your exact role within a project will depend on the type of project, but your focus will be on:
Refining;
Designing;
Developing the functionality;
Testing;
Quality Assurance;
Aftercare.

You will be working on large and interesting projects with an international character. The applications that you develop will also be implemented worldwide. As an experienced Java Specialist, we don't need to tell you what terms such as Eclipse, Ajax, Hibernate, Ibatis, Oracle, itext, Dojo, Java, Javascript and Jquery mean.
