You are a very experienced Java developer with extensive experience in SCRUM/Agile IT projects in general and JEE and service -oriented work in particular. You have proven competence in the field of Java frameworks ( JSF, Hibernate, Spring, JCR, Web Services ) and SQL Server. Furthermore, you are a keen listener and you're pragmatic. You choose the best solution within the time available. You can explain complex issues in an understandable way. Your results and deliverables are characterized by high quality, solid design and a high degree of control ( s ) ability. As a developer, you will work in a development containing a product owner, developers, functional manager and a SCRUM master. We expect you to bring your own toolbox.
