We are currently recruiting for a Senior J2EE Developer with 5-10 years' experience to join a Large European client based in Brussels, Belgium.

DUTIES:

- - Analyse web and desktop applications.
- - Improve existing applications in two ways: developing new functionalities and fixing issues of previous versions.
- - Maintain (as developer) Oracle databases for existing applications.
- - Test new web components and technologies.
- - Take part in the preparation (analysis and development) of the migration of the desktop application to a J2EE web environment.
- - Release and test new versions of web applications in different environments.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Frameworks/libraries: Spring MVC,
- Spring Core,
- JSP,
- Hibernate,
- Spring Data JPA,
- JSON,
- Webservices
- IDE: Eclipse

Programming languages: Java (J2EE), Javascript, HTML

Database: Oracle 10/11, PL/SQL, Toad, SQL

Applications server: Tomcat, Weblogic 12c

Additional : Jira, Filezilla, Virtual Box, CSS, Ant, Maven, Kendo UI, Mockito, UML
