JOB DESCRIPTION
- Implement software covering the project life cycle, establishing and implementing stringent processes and procedures for designing, developing, testing and promoting code in compliance with company guidelines and industry best practices ensuring a maintainable solution
- Analyse user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
- Identify critical mission gaps, redundancies, and dependencies aligned with component impacts or costs.
- Ensure high standards and quality of technical solutions, keep abreast of technology developments and drives technology innovation where appropriate
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years' experience in IT software engineering space ideally within a bank(processes: trading, sales etc.)
- Experience with providing TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP, mentoring on software engineering design, development, and frameworks, analysing alternatives, and presenting technical options to clients
- Agile (Scrum) approaches working with JIRA/CONFLUENCE etc.
- Skilled with: JAVA, J2EE and ORACLE
- Self-motivated, problem solving and customer service skills
- Fluent in English is a MUST
CONTRACT DETAILS
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months
- Daily rate: CHF 780-820 (all-inclusive)
