6 MONTH JAVA CONTRACT DUBLIN
My client an exciting start up - is looking for a Java developer to work on an exciting new project for an initial 6 month contract.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience
- Third level degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent
- Must have experience with developing a commercial software product or SaaS
- Experience working in a Linux environment
- Experience with distributed version control systems (Mercurial/Git)
Required Skills:
- Highly Proficient in Java
- Knowledge of Spring framework
- Knowledge of one of PostgreSQL or MySQL or other relational database
- Knowledge of Unit Testing/Test Automation
Advantageous but not expected:
- Database development - SQL, JDBC is advantageous but not necessary
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is advantageous but not necessary
- Experience with Gradle and/or Jenkins is advantageous but not necessary
